Eric Boden - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Boden joined HireRight as CEO in 1999, became a member of the board of directors in 2000, and was named chairman of the board of directors in 2003. Under his direction, HireRight has emerged as an on-demand employment screening leader, with industry recognition for its innovative solutions and a growing customer base of more than 1,400 companies, including more than 50 of the Fortune 500. With Boden's leadership, HireRight's revenues have grown significantly, averaging a 72 percent annual growth rate from 2001 to 2006.

Prior to HireRight, Boden served as the president and CEO of Frame-n-Lens Optical, Inc., a leading prescription eyewear manufacturer and retail chain. Under his stewardship, revenue more than tripled, as the company expanded nationwide to 289 locations with more than 1,200 employees in 23 states. Consumer Reports Magazine twice recognized the company for its superior customer service.

Prior to Frame-n-Lens, Boden served as vice president of operations of Clothestime, Inc., a young women's apparel company with $275 million in revenue, leading the firm's national expansion of 100 new stores and the recruitment of more than 2,000 new employees. He is also a 21-year veteran of Dayton Hudson Corporation, with experience including four years as a territory vice president for B. Dalton Booksellers where he directed 260 stores with $200 million in sales and 17 years in various positions of increasing responsibility with Target Stores. In 1981, he relocated to California as a key executive responsible for Target's market introduction to the West Coast, overseeing the recruitment of over 6,000 employees and the opening of 30 new stores.

Mr. Boden holds a BA in psychology from the University of Colorado.


Jeff Wahba - Chief Financial Officer
Jeffrey Wahba joined HireRight in 2006 and overseas the company's finance, accounting, legal, contracts, procurement and compliance organizations. Prior to HireRight, he served for 20 years as the CFO of the Henry Group of Companies, a North American leader in the manufacturer of building products and a leading distributor of premium wines. While overseeing all administrative functions of the company, including financial, accounting, strategic planning, information systems, human resources and legal, Wahba led multiple strategic acquisitions, including that of its largest competitor, and helped to grow the combined companies' revenue from under $20 million to over $450 million during his tenure.

Prior to the Henry Group, Wahba served as CFO for Vault Corporation, a provider of software security systems. Previously, he held the position of controller for the international division of Max Factor and Co.; and served in financial positions with the Flying Tiger Line, the world's largest air cargo airline, and now a part of Federal Express.

Wahba holds a BS in industrial engineering and an MS in engineering management from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC).


Lisa Gallagher - Vice President, Operations

Lisa Gallagher joined HireRight in 2000 and is responsible for all aspects of HireRight's operations, which includes the company's global employment background screening service offerings, drug and health screening services and customer service. With more than six years leading HireRight's service delivery team, Gallagher has played an instrumental role in the company's business and growth strategy.

Gallagher currently serves as a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) International Committee and as a board member of the AeA Orange County Executive Committee. With a commitment to philanthropy, Gallagher is an ongoing global contributor to The Hunger Project, an organization dedicated to ending chronic hunger around the world.

Prior to HireRight, Gallagher was responsible for human resources and employee and customer satisfaction for Access360, a software development company that carved a new market in enterprise e-provisioning before being acquired by IBM. Prior to that, she served as director of human resources for Fujitsu Business Communication Systems, Inc., where she developed an innovative hiring and resource provisioning process to accelerate new employees' productivity. Earlier in her career, Gallagher was director of administration for a regional law firm, where she managed all aspects of pre-trial litigation, finance and operations.

Gallagher holds a BA in business administration from California State University at Fullerton.


Stefano Malnati – Vice President of Engineering
Stefano Malnati joined HireRight in 2004. As the vice president of engineering, Malnati is responsible for driving the development of HireRight's innovative and award-winning employment screening technology solutions. Under his guidance, HireRight has created pioneering, industry-first technologies to help global companies address complex background screening challenges. Malnati has gained more than 15 years of professional experience in the high-tech industry where he has dedicated his time to managing the development of web-based enterprise applications in collaborative development environments.

Before joining HireRight, Mr. Malnati was vice president of product management and business development at ImpactXoft, Inc., a software development firm focused on providing software to manage the collaborative design process for 3-D product development, including consumer goods and electronics. Prior to ImpactXoft, Inc., Malnati held executive positions in engineering at several successful technology companies including PRAJA, Inc., a developer of business activity monitoring software which was acquired by TIBCO Software Inc. during his tenure; Centric Software Inc., where his product won Industry Week's Technology and Innovation Award; and Computervision Corporation.

Malnati holds a degree in electronics from the Instituto Tecnico of Gallarate, Italy and has studied Computer Science at the Universita'degli Studi in Italy.


Alex Munro – Vice President, Information Technology and Security

Alex Munro joined HireRight in 2003 and leads the company's information technology and security organizations. Previously, he served as director of network services for Fidelity National Information Solutions (FNIS) where he managed Fidelity National Financial's (FNF) nationwide network, messaging and escrow transaction infrastructure through one of the highest growth and highest transaction volume periods in the company's history. During his 5-year tenure at Fidelity, Munro managed several teams responsible for building data centers, implementing security technologies and designing network infrastructure to support the multi-billion dollar organization.

Prior to joining FNIS, Munro designed network and security systems for PacifiCare Health Systems and held a position as electro-optical engineer with Rockwell International.

Munro holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder and an MBA in Engineering and Technology Management from City University in Bellevue, WA.


David Nachman - Vice President, Marketing and Business Development

David Nachman joined HireRight in 2000. He is responsible for HireRight's marketing, business development and corporate development activities, and plays a significant role in shaping HireRight's business strategy. Mr. Nachman has gained nearly 20 years of business development, marketing, strategy and transactional experience through work in consulting, investment banking and technology.

In a previous position at HireRight, Mr. Nachman oversaw product management in addition to marketing and business development, and prior to joining HireRight, Mr. Nachman played a central role in launching two successful Internet-based businesses. He served as vice president of business development and strategy at iiCaptain.com, a marine industry e-commerce business, prior to its merger with PC Boats. He also helped create and launch a pioneering online health services marketplace business, HealthAllies.com, which was acquired by UnitedHealth Group.

Previously, Mr. Nachman spent nearly six years as a consultant at McKinsey and Company, where he focused on marketing and strategy issues primarily in the healthcare industry. He was responsible for establishing the firm's healthcare e-commerce practice and took a leadership role in redesigning key elements of the firm's North American recruiting efforts. Mr. Nachman also spent several years in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette and Kidder, Peabody and Company, concentrating on financial restructurings and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Nachman received an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in economics-business from UCLA.


Barbara Nieto - Vice President, Human Resources

Barbara Nieto joined HireRight in 2005 and oversees all aspects of HireRight's human resources operations. Nieto has nearly 20 years of experience in human resources, developing organizational HR strategy, systems and metrics.

Previously, she served as senior director of human resources for Skyworks Solutions, a wireless semiconductor spin-off of Conexant Systems. While at Skyworks, she led a global human resources team that partnered with business leaders to identify and implement strategies for talent acquisition, development and retention in a highly competitive high-tech industry. Prior to Skyworks, Nieto was human resources manager for the Southern California and Nevada divisions of Coca-Cola Enterprises where she led driver safety and DOT compliance programs in addition to providing human resources support to multiple bottling and distribution centers. Previously, she spent 12 years at McDonnell Douglas and its successor Boeing where she held positions of increasing responsibility in human resources and operations.

Nieto holds a BS in industrial engineering from Stanford University and a JD from Loyola Law School. She is a member of the California Bar.


Robert Pickell - Vice President, Product Management

Robert Pickell was named vice president of product management for HireRight in 2007, and with nearly 20 years of product, strategy, marketing, consulting, and general management experience, he oversees product management strategies for HireRight's complete product and service portfolio. Previously, he served as vice president of worldwide marketing at Quantum Corp., where his responsibilities included product management, corporate communications, customer and channel marketing, and strategic alliances.

Prior to Quantum, Pickell was general manager for Escrow.com, a transaction management and financial services provider, and served as vice president of marketing at Stamps.com, where he managed the company's partner marketing program. Pickell held various senior management positions in product development, marketing, and business development at AirTouch Cellular and worked as a management consultant at the Center for Applied Research and Hewitt Associates. Pickell was a founder of the Storage Network Industry Association's (SNIA) Data Management Forum and served on its board of directors.

Pickell holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with distinction, and a BA in Economics from Pomona College.


Glen Schrank - Vice President of Sales

Glen Schrank joined HireRight as vice president of worldwide sales in 2004 and has more than 20 years of sales and management experience in high-growth, high-tech companies. Schrank is responsible for all aspects of the company's worldwide sales organization and helps define customer requirements and manage the product rollout strategy. Prior to joining HireRight, Schrank held senior sales management positions at several technology organizations, including IBM, SPSS and i2 Technologies. In his 14 year tenure at IBM, Schrank was responsible for the strategy and sales of several business units and product lines, including the planning for a western U.S. $550 million software business. While at SPSS Schrank leveraged his extensive sales experience to effectively establish and manage the leading predictive analytics software firm's strategic alliance relationships with large technology companies. As vice president of sales for i2 Technologies, Schrank was responsible for direct sales to Fortune 1000 accounts as well as the company's western United States channel sales program.

Prior to i2, Schrank held senior-level sales positions at several successful technology companies including @themoment, Inc., where he successfully took the enterprise ASP's product to market; Skills Online, a company which was grown and acquired by KeepSmart; and Creative Multimedia, where he had an immediate impact on the sluggish sales of the firm, increasing revenue by 358 percent in his first year.

Schrank holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
