With the increased volume of applicants many employers are faced with today, it has become more important than ever to efficiently manage the screening and filtering process to save time and identify the right candidate.
Among the findings in the report, organizations leveraging automated background checking solutions (such as those offered by HireRight) realized a 60 percent improvement in quality of hire compared to those with no screening solution in place.
Organizations that fully integrated their applicant tracking system with their background screening solution experienced improvement in time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics.
