Challenge: A very large manufacturer of networking products undertook a search for a pre-employment screening partner for two key reasons. First, the system it had in place internally was paper-intensive, time-consuming and highly costly. Additionally, the manufacturer found difficulty in coordinating all of its worldwide locations, and the resources it had to screen all vendors, contractors and manufacturers were limited in capability.

Solution: HireRight developed a custom online applicant form for the manufacturer, as well as a vendor-management tool. With these new weapons in hand, the manufacturer expanded its global reach to more than 60 countries.
