Can I call to see if my documents were received by HireRight?

Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm receipt of your document until it has been filed. Please allow time for your document to be filed. After your documents have been processed you can call to confirm receipt.

You will usually get prompted by the online portal to upload your documents. We would strongly suggest uploading them via the portal as this ensures they are received immediately by the verifications team. However, if you are unable to upload them through the portal, you may email them to documentation@hireright.com. It will then take approximately 24 hours for the documents to be processed.
