Hi, I’m Todd Simo, HireRight’s Chief Medical Officer and the leader of our Health Care business unit. In observation of Health Care Human Resources Appreciation Week, I would like to communicate our heartfelt thank you. Thank you for taking on the daunting task of recruiting and onboarding compliant health care talent. Thank you for rising to the opportunity of facing head-on the challenge to onboard more credentialed medical providers despite a contracting health care dollar. And thank you for making our communities a better place to live by bringing in medical expertise. Human resources and talent acquisition are often undervalued business functions. I hope everyone in your organization, as well as in the communities that you serve take this week to realize that nothing truly happens from a patient care perspective until you identify, screen and onboard compliant and capable credentialed medical professionals. As well as performing the same task on the army of support people that allow those professionals to serve our communities. On behalf of myself, and HireRight’s Health Care vertical, thank you for the hard work and vital work that you do on a daily basis to help our society.

Dr. Todd Simo

Dr. Simo is the Chief Medical Officer and the Managing Director of Transportation at HireRight. He served as HireRight’s medical director starting in 2009 and was promoted to chief medical officer in 2015. Dr. Simo was also appointed to the role of managing director of transportation and drug & health screening in 2018. Dr. Simo came to HireRight with a decade of experience in the medical consulting arena. Before that he was the medical director for an occupational health clinic in Virginia and owned a consulting firm providing medical director services to employers across the United States
