Welcome to our Quarterly Update podcast, produced in conjunction with the American Trucking Associations (ATA). In this episode, Dan Horvath, Director of Safety Policy for the ATA, discusses the recently released personal conveyance guidance and also some guidance related to the agricultural community.

Specifically, the episode will discuss some situations when personal conveyance can be used by drivers. He will also talk about some of the guidance released for the agricultural community and livestock drivers, focusing on hours of service and who is considered an agricultural or livestock driver.
