As an Account Specialist I am responsible for providing front-line support and general account management for our customers. My role requires focus and organization to maintain the quality of service our clients expect and deserve. The Account Specialists often work together as a team to discuss some of the challenges we encounter so that we can implement new procedures to better serve our customers. One of the things I enjoy most about working with HireRight is the broad range of skills that can be learned working in the background screening industry. There are always new and exciting challenges to address.
Most of my day is spent responding to emails, answering phone calls, and carrying out customer requests. I facilitate communication between the customer and our internal departments when information needs to be updated on a pending background screening, or changes need to be implemented on their account. My in-between time is usually spent reading through company emails to ensure that I am up-to-date with our current product and services.
I spend a lot of my time outside of work enjoying the Nashville music scene, discovering new restaurants, and traveling every chance I get.
