CIFAS – the UK’s Fraud Prevention Service, today released Staff Fraudscape: a 38-page report that analyses the insider or staff frauds recorded by the Members of the CIFAS Staff Fraud Database during 2012 and the reasons behind the 43% increase recorded.
At the launch event, hosted by HireRight, attendees heard from speakers from CIFAS, Transport for London and the Centre for Counter Fraud Studies at the University of Portsmouth, along with HireRight’s Senior Managing Director EMEA & APAC, Dan Shoemaker, all of whom provided insightful detail on the current landscape of staff fraud.
