The growing shortage of talent is triggering healthcare companies to implement new tactics to bolster recruitment and to attract a more diverse audience. More companies are turning towards digital/online channels which increased 22% from last year's survey.
Planned Investments for 2017
Medical credentialing tops the list of screening processes planned for improvement this year. Secondary activities targeted for improvement include the recruiting process, sanction screening and licensure.
