P. Sean Garney is Director of Safety Policy for the American Trucking Associations. Sean works with industry stakeholders to analyze and inform current and pending regulation and legislation. Previously, Sean was the Manager of Safety Programs where he helped trucking companies to develop and promulgate effective safety programs. Before joining the American Trucking Associations in 2007, Sean worked as a transportation salesman and freight broker at C.H. Robinson Co.
Henry Hanscom is Vice President, Legislative Affairs at ATA. His primary focus for ATA is on the Senate. He covers issues including Infrastructure Funding, Regulatory Reform, Driver Shortage, and others. Henry joined ATA in March 2013, and before that worked for Senator Olympia Snowe from September 2005 to January 2013, up until her retirement from the Senate.
