Levels of Service

HireRight electronically enters your organization’s current adjudication guidelines into your HireRight account, and a HireRight adjudicator applies your guidelines to each completed backgroundscreening report. Reports that satisfy your guidelines are identified as ‘meets company standards’; all others are identified as ‘pending’ so you can perform an individualized review to determine whether or not the candidate meets your organization’s hiring guidelines based on the position applied for.

You self-manage the adjudication workflow with the assistance of HireRight system functionality. ‘Clear’ background screening results are automatically identified as meeting your adjudication guidelines and are ‘complete’ within your workflow. Non-cleared results are directed into a ‘pending’ workflow for you to manually assess and set a final adjudication status. For an additional fee, HireRight will electronically enter a copy of your organization’s current adjudication guidelines into your HireRight account for easy reference by those who are evaluating the background screening reports.
