Requesting a Free Copy of Your Background Report / File

You may request at any time a free copy of your background reports (if any) previously prepared by HireRight, and/or your active database files (if any) maintained on you by HireRight, by completing and submitting the form below. CDL drivers also may use this form to request a copy of your DAC report/file. HireRight will also provide you a list of all HireRight customers who may have received your background report during the last 2 years.

To Dispute the Accuracy or Completeness of Your Background Report / File

If you believe that any information in your background / file reports is inaccurate or incomplete, you may file a dispute with HireRight for free. The dispute investigation process generally may take up to 30 days, depending on the nature, scope and source of the information being disputed. Before filing a dispute, please be sure to have a copy of the background / file report(s) you are disputing, so that HireRight can be sure it is investigating the appropriate information. If you do not have a copy of the report(s) you wish to dispute, please request them here.
