PRIA Pilot Employer Record – Verify pilot training, experience, qualifications, safety, and performance records for the previous five years as required by PRIA.
PRIA Drug/Alcohol Verification (Five Year) – In accordance with the Pilot Records Improvement Act, drug and alcohol test results for pilots from previous employers are verified for the last five years.
FAA PRIA Record – (Airman Medical Certification) – The current airman medical certificate is verified including level, category, class and type ratings (including limitations to those certificates and ratings), and summaries of legal enforcement actions, as required by PRIA.
FAA Airframe and Power Plant License – An applicant’s FAA mechanics license on record with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is confirmed, including the source of the license, current license status, the number and the issue date.
DOT Drug/Alcohol Verification (Two Year) – Obtain drug and alcohol testing records from DOT-regulated employers who have employed the applicant during the previous two years. This service facilitates compliance with DOT regulation CFR Part 40, Section 40.25.
National Driver Register Search – Verify driver’s license information about pilots/applicants who have had their licenses revoked or suspended, or who have been convicted of serious traffic violations, such as driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs, in accordance with PRIA.
Employment Gap Review – The application is reviewed as a best practice for any gaps in historical employment records to cover any gaps in employment over 12 months or duration chosen by client. If a gap is found, HireRight will obtain a Professional Reference (additional charges apply) or documentation (employment/unemployment stubs, DD-214, etc.) for the associated period in question.
