David Fontaine

David Fontaine

Chief Executive Officer

David Fontaine is Chief Executive Officer of HireRight and its parent company, Corporate Risk Holdings, LLC.  He leads the company with a strategic vision while focused on driving positive change against measurable objectives.  David has a proven track record of managing enterprise business risk with a deep understanding of the global background screening regulatory landscape.

Previously, David held executive leadership roles, having served as the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary for several public and private companies, including Travelex Global Business Payments, Inc., American Management Systems, Inc. and Proxicom, Inc. Before moving into a corporate executive role, David was a partner at the highly respected Washington, D.C. litigation firm of Miller, Cassidy, Larroca and Lewin, LLP, practicing primarily in the areas of white-collar defense and commercial litigation. Immediately after law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stanley Sporkin, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and later as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas J. Meskill, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

David earned his Juris Doctor from the Yale Law School in New Haven, Connecticut, and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. He is admitted to the legal practice in Connecticut, the District of Columbia, New York, and Virginia.

Jurgen Leijdekker

Jurgen Leijdekker

Chief Operating Officer

Jurgen Leijdekker is the chief operating officer of HireRight, whose global experience spans private equity investment, corporate enterprise, and management consulting as well as government service with central bank and international monetary institutions.

Over the course of his career, Jurgen has driven growth strategies, customer experience improvements, and operational transformations for organizations across many industry sectors including healthcare, enterprise software development, and financial services.

Prior to HireRight, Jurgen was a Senior Operating Executive at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS), a leading private equity firm that specializes its investment activities in information/business services and healthcare. In addition to participating in more than 30 diligence/deal processes, Jurgen served in numerous capacities for portfolio companies, including interim COO, board director, and PE operating executive.

Jurgen holds a Master of Arts degree in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam.

Camilla de Villiers

Managing Director, APAC

Camilla de Villiers, as Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region of HireRight, is responsible for the HireRight business and activities across the Asia Pacific region. She has extensive experience in driving operational efficiencies and overcoming business challenges, with a key focus on driving revenue and margin growth. Camilla brings to the role a diverse background in business and commercial strategy, product management, and delivering on strategic client-led solutions, which maximize technology, add value and create sustainable differentiation across service offerings.

Camilla joined HireRight in 2016 after 15 years at Thomson Reuters including her last role, where she led Regional Wealth Management across APAC and Digital Solutions for the firm globally. She is based in Hong Kong, where she has lived since 2009, developing a strong understanding of the region, its cultural diversity and promising business landscape.

Camilla holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.  

Mudasir Pasha

Mudasir Pasha

Director of Operations, APAC

Mudasir Pasha is based out of Bangalore and is responsible for leading HireRight’s background screening service delivery functions for the Asia Pacific region. He is also responsible for growing the company’s presence in the region.

He has more than a decade and a half of experience in Operations, Migrations, Training, Client Management, Business Development and Acquisitions. Mudasir came to HireRight from Aegis Limited, where he was Vice President, managing service delivery. He holds a degree in Business Management from Bangalore University.

Caroline Smith

Caroline Smith

Senior Legal Counsel, Eurasia

Caroline Smith has been with the Altegrity group of companies for over six years and is Senior Legal Counsel for HireRight’s Eurasia region.  Caroline assists in the negotiation of contracts across the region and also provides support to the compliance function advising on a range of issues including letters of engagement, data protection and regulatory updates.

Caroline is a UK qualified lawyer with over 15 years’ experience and prior to joining the Altegrity group, she was with Herbert Smith LLP and Clyde & Co LLP working on a range of complex international corporate, corporate insolvency and commercial matters.

Caroline earned her Master of Arts degree at the University of Saint Andrews and went on to study law at the College of Law in York earning the GDL and LPC postgraduate qualifications.

Tesh Kaur

Tesh Kaur

Marketing Manager, APAC

Tesh Kaur joined HireRight in November 2014 and has been instrumental in developing the marketing strategy for the company in Asia Pacific. In addition to strategic communication efforts, she directs media relations, branding, advertising, and website development. She manages and oversees sponsorships, events, customer engagement campaigns, and more.

Tesh has over 8 years of experience in Marketing Communications for the B2B industry. Before joining HireRight, she worked for Rockwell Collins, a NYSE-traded company specializing in avionics and information technology systems for the aerospace and defense sectors, where her main responsibilities were driving awareness of the company’s projects across Asia Pacific, and engaging various stakeholders through online and offline campaigns.

Prior to that role, she worked in a wide range of companies and industries, including a non-profit organization that implemented capacity building projects across rural villages in Asia.

Tesh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from RMIT University in Melbourne. 

Patrick Liang

Patrick Liang

Director of Account Management and Sales, APAC

Patrick Liang is Director of Account Management and Sales for HireRight of the Asia Pacific region. He brings with him over 15 years of experience in developing new markets, managing multi-tier sales distribution strategies, and driving operational efficiencies.

Patrick joined HireRight in 2016 and is responsible for driving growth within existing accounts and expanding HireRight’s footprint across the region. Previously he led the Asia Pacific sales division of the Engineering Solutions business in IHS Markit, where he developed a team of overachievers that consistently drove double digit growth across the region; and almost doubling the employee engagement score in 3 years.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom.
