Now it’s time to continue the journey with Step 10 on the road to GDPR compliance, looking at potential liability issues, including heavy fines set at:
- €20,000,000 or 4% of annual global turnover, whichever is higher; or
- €10,000,000 or 2% of annual global turnover, whichever is higher.
