Employee Affinity Groups

Asian Pacific Islander Group
We are committed to cultural education, community service, and empowerment of Asian and Pacific Islander (API) employees by providing them with resources to excel, connect, and be heard.
Our API affinity group’s mission is to foster an environment of support, respect, and enablement for API colleagues. We strive to maintain a space where API team members feel heard and celebrated.

Black Lives Matter
HireRight’s Black Lives Matter (BLM) employee affinity group was formed in 2020 and comprises individuals from all areas and levels of the organization.
Members come together to host events and share resources and knowledge to create an inclusive and supportive workplace for the black community at HireRight. The group is focused on creating a space to educate allies and the black community about black history and issues that particularly affect black lives
Hispanic Organization for Latinos/as and Allies (HOLA)
HOLA was created in 2021 to provide a space and voice to the Latino/a/x community and its allies. The group’s focus centers on educating about issues and cultures surrounding the community.
HOLA is committed to celebrating and embracing its members’ heritage and culture, amplifying their voices, and providing a safe space to discuss important topics pertaining to the Latino and Hispanic community.

Mental Harmony
HireRight is proud to support its employees’ mental health and wellbeing. The Mental Harmony affinity group was created in 2021 with a mission to bring mental health awareness to our workforce and to support a healthy work environment by providing helpful tools to utilize in daily life.
Mental Harmony’s goals are to create a safe space for education and discussion, provide tips and tricks on dealing with mental health issues or concerns, share healthy practices, and provide encouragement and support to peers.

PRIDE
We are honored to support the LGBTQ+ community at HireRight. Our PRIDE affinity group creates a global gathering place reflective of the identities within the HireRight LGBTQ+ community and the needs of those within it.
While PRIDE’s focus is on building diversity, equity, and inclusion at HireRight, we also support our colleagues through education, professional networking, and peer-to-peer support.
PRIDE fosters conversations and curates discussions, encouraging members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies to unite to learn, share experiences, and grow in a welcoming, judgment-free space.

Worldwide Women
Worldwide Women (WWW) is a truly global group open to all—no matter age, role, or aspirations—where people come together to share, learn, and develop.
With a focus on networks and networking, personal growth and wellbeing, and leadership and strategic alignment, WWW’s program of activity and events is designed to help empower and develop women, both personally and professionally.
The group supports career growth and champions HireRight’s inspirational women at every level of their career path—and is always looking for more inspirational women to join.
