Titled “Creating the Best in Class Candidate Experience,” Ms. MacLean’s session will walk the audience through the applicant screening process at HireRight, showcasing how seamless this portion of onboarding can be. During her nine-year tenure at HireRight, Ms. MacLean has also led customer validation sessions and conducted extensive user testing on HireRight’s award-winning Applicant Center, a secure and personalized candidate portal that consolidates all communication from HireRight to candidates in a streamlined, mobile-enabled program. She will leverage her passion and industry experience in this engaging informational session to help HR professionals learn how they can optimize the applicant flow of the background screening process.
