Recruitment Process

HireRight works with candidates every day on behalf of its clients, so we know how important a great candidate experience is to anyone looking for a new role.

To give you more of an idea about how we hire at HireRight, see the 5 stages of the HireRight recruitment process below. This is based on the recruitment process for one of our researcher roles.

If we currently do not have any jobs on offer on our current opportunities page, we’d still love to hear from you. Simply send your resume to with details of the sort of role you are looking for.




Fill out your details online and if you are chosen to go to the next stage you will hear from us within 14 days. If you do not hear from us within the time then unfortunately you have not been successful.
First, there will be a 10-15 minute telephone interview to evaluate your language skills. You can expect questions about your professional background and interests to confirm your language skills meet the requirements of the role.
If you pass the telephone language evaluation you will then have an interview with the hiring manager and recruiter. We’ll be looking for answers to competency-based questions based on your previous experience to find out how you have dealt with different situations. There will also be a written test. Depending on which role you have applied for, it will be a language test or based on the specific skill set for the job, but we’ll provide more details prior to the interview. For senior roles there is an extended interview process which we will advise you on when you apply.
We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and will advise successful and non-successful candidates as soon as possible in writing.
