Over a year has passed since the first outbreak of COVID-19, and while certain facets of employment legislation have gathered traction in the global media – particularly polarizing discussions around mandatory vaccinations and remote working policies – familiar themes impacting HR professionals and employment screening continue to evolve, albeit more slowly than usual.
