Social Media Search

Analyzes Publicly Available Online Information for Problematic Behavior

Social media searches provide vital information to assist employers in making sound hiring decisions by identifying job-relevant behaviors such as bigotry, sexism, and violence.

Our automated solution searches thousands of posts, likes, shares to help your company ensure a safe workplace, avoid PR disasters, and preserve the integrity of your brand.

Levels of Service

Types of Searches

  • Social Media Search - When an employer orders a social media search, publicly available social media profiles will be searched. The report will provide links to all relevant social media profiles, flagged texts and images with indications of why it was flagged.
  • News and Web Search - A comprehensive news and web search is conducted via a proprietary network of web crawlers and APIs. Results returned may include blog posts, professional reviews, local or national news articles, comment boards, etc.

Profile Options

  • Standard - The standard configuration would flag content related to the following categories: intolerance, crime, harassment, sexism, and violence.
  • Advanced - The advanced configuration includes all of the above categories plus drug and alcohol.
