Todd Baxter is the chief services officer for the company, ensuring a positive experience for every customer and candidate. A veteran leader of complex, large-scale customer service operations, Todd has successfully led four global customer care enterprise transformations, creating better customer and employee experiences by focusing on understanding behavioral science, change management, and the effective implementation of technology.
Most recently, Todd was the head of Member Services Operations Strategy and Transformation at CVS Health. Prior to that, he was responsible for the centralization and modernization of customer care for Experian North America and formerly led Healthcare, Sales, and Global Real Estate core operations at TeleTech and Connextions.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from East Tennessee State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, with a focus on Technology Management.
