The J. J. Keller® Encompass® Fleet Management System and HireRight integration allows Encompass customers to fully qualify applicants and make a solid hiring decision by providing an easy to use ordering function for MVRs, criminal checks, previous employment checks, and more. Once the applicant is hired, these reports follow them and attach to their employee file.
Encompass users can consolidate annual MVR requests for their entire fleet, saving administrative time. To obtain an MVR annually is an FMCSA requirement for qualified drivers. Information must be kept in the driver’s qualification file. Integration between the J. J. Keller® Encompass® Fleet Management System and HireRight makes compliance with that requirement quick and efficient.
