Gap Standard and Enhanced

The services identify gaps in a candidate’s education and or employment history so you have a complete history from your candidate to help inform hiring decisions. If any gaps are identified, your candidate will be asked to select one of four gap activities from a pre-defined list to explain the gap.
For Gap Enhanced your candidate will also be asked to provide supporting documentation to qualify any gaps in their education and/or employment history.
