FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse Queries
Motor carriers are required to conduct pre-employment and annual queries of the FMCSA Clearinghouse for all drivers subject to drug and alcohol testing under 49 CFR Part 382. For annual queries, HireRight offers a limited query with automatic consent option where, if a limited query comes back with a record found, HireRight will automatically order a full query on the employer’s behalf for no additional charge.
